Our apartment in the center of Seville is ideal for groups of 3 or 4 people, often families, as we have 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), but we also accept reservations for 1-2 people.

In just 10 minutes, you'll reach La Campana and the popular shopping streets Sierpes, Velázquez, and Tetuán. Additionally, in just 15 minutes, you’ll find yourself in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, near the Giralda, the Royal Alcázar, and the majestic Cathedral.
For food lovers, the location is unbeatable, with nearby access to the Los Terceros neighborhood, where you'll find traditional Sevillian bars such as El Rinconcillo and Los Claveles, as well as Las Setas, the lively Alfalfa neighborhood, and the vibrant Alameda de Hércules, known for its bohemian atmosphere.
